Description

TEI’s 76th Annual Conference will close with a twist: Ben Willis, Contributing Editor at Tax Analysts, will moderate a dynamic roundtable discussion entitled Lessons Learned from TCJA Implementation and Implications for Biden’s Proposals. For a compelling 75 minutes, Ben will explore different perspectives on the practical implementation and administration of business tax reform legislation—the perspectives of Congress, the administration, and the in-house tax professional community. The Honorable Dave Camp, Former Chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means, and the Honorable Mike Desmond, Former IRS Chief Counsel, will join Ben on the dais to share their unique perspectives as former top tax writers and administrators. Also joining Ben on stage will be Brian Kaufman, Vice President and Tax Counsel at Capital One Financial Corporation, and Nancy Loube, Vice President and Tax Counsel at Brunswick Corporation—two veritable pillars of the TEI community, who will share their perspectives as seasoned in-house tax professionals.
